There are many ways to define Aleksandre Banera as an artist and one of those is unique. Unique in his own way of complicating things to get the best out of his creative mind from having an unusual setup to present himself with an attitude that differs from most of DJs.
As the president and co-founder of the Positive Pulse organization he always showed coherence to what he wants to do by preserving and promoting non commercial electronic music not only in Slovenia but also abroad. Loyalty to Techno, partial opening to Tech House and declining a great part of trends are opening to him ways to success that may look difficult at first but are for what he claims much sweeter.
An “eternal” perfectionist who’s producing skills have been embraced by the industry for more than a decade. In a time when rising young talents of the electronic music scene crave their songs to be realized, he for now declines offers for record release from many labels. He performed with well-known names such as Umek, Beltek, Veztax, Tomy DeClerque, Marko Nastič, Steve Looney, Sputnik, Jerry Ropero.
Lately he concluded some remixes for DJs like Luigi Madonna, Da Fresh, Groove Armada, Brodanse and Tiga. In February 2014 the world is enriched with the launch of his new web site where all info and updated activities are posted.
By doing this a new series of radio shows provocatively called “I don’t give an X” or “IDGAX” started monthly hosting on different radio stations around the globe. For the artist IDGAX is a way of life as he always rejected to do things that most of people would do. That’s why he is currently working on a multiple release of records before summer 2014.
